Obama Care: New Regulations Are Now in Effect Starting January 1, 2011.

Bag the Bill!

What are the wingnuts and mugwamps in DC thinking about?  How do they think they require you and me to buy healthcare insurance?  It has been ruled by Judge Henry E. Hudson that it is unconstitutional to expect healthcare to come under the Commerce clause of the Constitution.

It’s a bill not about healthcare, but it IS about control of your life and mine.  Control and the taking of the very liberty that built this country is the motive for the liberal elite in America.

The very title of the law is fraudulent.  The “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” is merely a cover to make the uninformed, the irresponsible and the apathetic citizens in this country “feel” better.    When will you have had enough of this idiocy?

There is no “Protection”.  Your medical records will very possibly be open to anyone who wants them (does Wikileaks ring a bell?).  Affordable?  Hardly!  The estimates now run over one trillion dollars over the decade versus Obama’s estimate of $680 Billion.  Translation:  higher premiums, more taxes, less coverage.

The time is NOW.  This is a scheme to get control of American Health Care.  What will you do to help avoid the biggest tax and spend boondoggle in our history?

All we need at this time is to push for:

1. Tort Reform that includes caps for plaintiffs.
2. Ability of industry groups of similar products to pool their respective employee groups and purchase group insurance at reasonable prices.
3. Ability of individuals and groups to purchase insurance across state lines.
4. Let the free market dictate the pricing-not the government

This is about greed, control and the usurping of our liberty.

Our irresponsible, incompetent and selfish, self-serving politicians are without exception need replacing as they did not get the message during the mid-term elections n November.  Or, did they?

Regardless, there needs to be a worthwhile bill introduced in Congress…”The Elected Officials Clunker Program”.  That bill, once signed into law, would go a long way in “jump-starting” this economy and improving our healthcare!
